Our Programs for Learners with Special Needs
Resource Room Support Program
A dedicated SEN program meant to provide support to learner with Special Education Needs. This is done by way of individualized and group professional counseling, designed to help them overcome these difculties. Through this program, RIS will provide support to its students with developmental, behavioural and academic difculties.
Counseling Program (Individual & Group)
Professional counseling services to support emotional and social development:
- Individual counseling sessions for personalized emotional support
- Group counseling to develop social skills and peer relationships
- Family counseling to strengthen home-school partnerships
- Behavioral intervention strategies
Group Educational Plans (GEP)
Customized educational plans developed collaboratively by educators, therapists, and parents. Each GEP outlines specific learning goals, teaching strategies, and assessment methods tailored to the student's unique strengths and challenges. Regular progress monitoring ensures continuous improvement and adaptation of strategies.
Remedial Education
Specialized instruction in core academic areas using multisensory teaching methods and adaptive curricula. Our remedial education program focuses on building foundational skills in reading, writing, and mathematics while fostering confidence and independence in learning.

Shadow teacher suggested if required
If extra in-class support is needed, we recommend and coordinate with a qualified shadow teacher.
