At RIS, we believe that the learning curriculum encompasses the total learning experiences of the students, both inside and outside of the classroom. We refer here to the “taught curriculum” that occurs within the classroom. The “wider curriculum” refers to the opportunities for learning outside of the classroom including the co-curricular and developmental initiatives. With EYFS as a basis for its Early Years Curriculum, RIS proposes to align with international board for its Primary Years Program. The curriculum at RIS is designed to bring out the best in the students and provide a high quality and broad education which enables students to be fully equipped for an outside life. Across the school our curriculum enables students to acquire important subject knowledge, understanding and skills as they strive to become successful Global Citizens.
